If you were to compose a poem about one aspect of your life, which topic would it fall into and what would your overall life's message be?

Prompt Response: If I were to compose a poem about any aspect of my life, I would write it about sunsets. I would write about sunsets because, even though they're not a big part of my life, they still bring me happiness and remind me that there are such things as happy endings. The topic of the poem is about the beauty that surrounds us, which we can see every day. My overall life message would be that just because something doesn't greatly affect someone's life doesn't mean it can't change them.

Summary: Today in class, we reviewed Emily Dickinson's poems and then created a soundtrack based on the poems.

Reflection: I learned that some songs I listen to have deeper meanings than I thought.
