Prompt: Write about a dream that felt real.

Prompt Response: A time when my dream felt very much real was last weekend, when I was half asleep and half awake. Only being a few days after the concert I went to that week, I was having a dream about it. Earlier that week, I attended the Treaty Oak Revival concert, which was one of the best concerts I've been to. I was constantly thinking about it to the point where it was in my dreams. In this dream, I was certain that I accidentally posted on Instagram a bunch of videos of me embarrassingly singing the songs at the concert. It might not sound bad, but I never post, so for me it was a nightmare. That morning, I woke up at 8AM, convinced that I had posted it on Instagram, I started freaking out and was filled with embarrassment. I then grabbed my phone, still half asleep, and instead of going on Instagram, I decided to text my friend Walker. I started spamming him, asking if I posted it on Instagram, remembering that in my dream, he liked the post. I then fell back asleep about 10 minutes later and woke up around 11AM, realizing how crazy I must have sounded. To this day, he is probably still very confused.

Summary: In class today, we wrote down our new vocabulary definitions and made examples of them in sentences. We then ended class with a common lit on cancel culture.

Reflection: I learned new words today through my new vocabulary terms.
