Prompt: Describe a real moment in your life that felt like the beginning of a powerful story. Tell what happened, and why it felt like a turning point in your life?

Prompt Response: A moment in my life that felt like the begining of a powerful story was my first misison trip. Every summer my church takes a group of teens on a misison trip, my first mission trip was at the borde rof Texas. I had no phone, no tv just service work. Which may sound of a nightmare to some but it ended up being one of the best weeks of my life. This trip made me relize what I was born to do, every year since I have continued to go on a misison trip it's gotten better and better. I build stronger connections with my friends, God and myself every trip.

Summary: In class today, we took notes and started a rhetorical analysis paragraph on MLK's "I Have a Dream" speech.

Reflection: Doing the claim, evidence, and commentary practice helped me understand how to write a rhetorical analysis better.
