Prompt: What is the most challenging part of working in a group? Discuss a time when a group assignment did not go as well as you planned and how you learned from that experience.

Prompt Response: The most challenging part about being in a group project is when your classmates can't take the project seriously. I'm currently doing a physics project and my classmates I'm working on the project with are refusing to do work. They think that since I'm taking lead on the assignment that I will do it for them. My classmates even after I've talked to them about contributing more, they continue to take it as a joke. Luckily the project is almost completed but it is still unfair that I will get the same grade as my classmates even though they didn't contribute.

Summary: In class today we took notes, did a writable assignment, and then we graded 3 different essays.

Reflection: This helped me to know what my essay needs to include and have to get a good grade.
