Prompt Response: With Adhd I struggle with staying on task and focused. Even though I'm on medication for my Adhd it's still a constant struggle especially in school. There have been many times where I've needed to step outside the class for a breather and take a walk around the school fro a mental break. This helps me to regain focus and clear my mind from any stress and random thoughts that come from chatter distracting me while I work. I do this a lot, especially with my power pass accommodation, it's helped me a lot through high school especially junior year with all the stress its given me. 

Summary: In class today we individually read chapters 2-3 and did a work sheet on the themes of the book so far.

Reflection: This helped me grasp a better understanding of the books message, theme and story line.
