Prompt: What life skills have you learned in high school that will help you live independently after high school? Which skills do you think are essential for your success after high school?

Prompt Response: In highshcool I learned not to live your life based on other opinions on you or your actions. One will get way farther in life living for themselves rather than living for others. I completely agree with this, and it has changed me as a person fully. Once I started living life, not caring what the "mean girl" or random person in public thought about me, I was able to have more fun and be happier. This will definitely help me when I go off the collgee becuase I will have to be prepared to be around a lot more opinions and different people who won't all like me, and I'll have to accept that. I think the skills of organization, kindness, and motivation are the key steps in life.

Summary: In class, we took notes on rhetoric.

Reflection: Taking notes on rhetoric helped me better understand the subject and provided a valuable study tool for our test on rhetoric.
