Prompt: When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

Prompt Response: When ever i'm in a mood, I don't like I try to distract myself from how I'm feeling. I typically put my phone down because it only worsens my mood. I then make a bagle wiht cream cheese because it's my favorite food. I then sit down and watch tv or focus on something I need to get done, like cleaning my room. If that doesn't work, I try to discover the issue head-on and figure out what's bothering me, and then I realize it's not something important that I need to consume my brain and attitude.

Summary: In class today, we completed a News Ela asignment.

Reflection: This made me learn about ice melting.
